Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to make a purchase.

Although our books and products may be intended for families and children, purchases must be made or authorized by an adult.

Product information

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, colors, finishes, dimensions, images, prices, and availability accurately.

Because screens, lighting, printing, materials, and manufacturing processes vary, actual colors and finishes may differ slightly from photographs. Glitter, UV spot treatments, signed products, and other specialty finishes may also have natural variations.

Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in the currency identified during checkout and may change without notice.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, duties, and other fees will be displayed or calculated as part of checkout when available.

Payment must be authorized and completed through Shopify or its supported payment providers before an order is accepted.

Discount codes

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

• Discount codes cannot be combined.
• Only one discount code may be used per order.
• Discounts have no cash value.
• Discounts cannot be applied retroactively.
• We may modify or discontinue a promotion as permitted by law.

Orders and order acceptance

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may refuse or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including:

• Incorrect pricing or product information
• Inventory errors or unavailable products
• Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity
• Payment problems
• Shipping restrictions
• Orders that violate these Terms

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue an appropriate refund.

Shipping

Orders are subject to our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing and shipping information and for paying applicable international duties, taxes, tariffs, or import charges unless otherwise stated.

Returns, exchanges, and refunds

Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

Intellectual property

The Sneakers the Sock Gremlin name, characters, stories, written material, illustrations, artwork, photography, designs, graphics, logos, page layouts, and other original content are owned by Robbie Gallo and Jess Gallo, or are used with authorization.

This content is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws where applicable.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, publish, display, create derivative works from, or commercially use this content without prior written permission.

Purchasing a book or product does not transfer any ownership of the underlying artwork, characters, stories, branding, or intellectual-property rights.

Customer reviews and photos

We may invite customers to submit reviews, comments, photographs, or other content.

We will request permission before reposting an identifiable customer photograph or customer-created content for promotional purposes. Any permission granted will apply only as described when permission is requested and may be subject to additional agreed terms.

Do not submit content that is unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, infringing, misleading, invasive of privacy, or harmful to another person.

Acceptable website use

You agree not to:

• Use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes
• Interfere with website security or operation
• Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or information
• Upload malicious code or harmful material
• Scrape, copy, or exploit website content without permission
• Misrepresent your identity or payment authority

These Terms, together with the Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy, and Privacy Policy, form the agreement governing use of the website and purchases from us.
